In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll report to the Vice President and manage the Communications & Marketing team. Your leadership will empower staff to understand their contributions to improving community life and will help craft campaigns showcasing generosity’s impact. This role focuses on transforming communications strategy into actionable plans and requires a hands-on approach to managing relationships and overseeing creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and support the Communications & Marketing staff
• Translate strategy into practical communications plans




• Provide creative and editorial direction
• Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across channels
• Manage media relations and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in marketing, communications, or related field
• Solid project-management and public relations skills
• Experience with media relations and crisis communications
• Knowledge of community sectors in Winnipeg
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
