As a Compensation Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and external vendors, to advance the administration of Nutrien's Long-Term Incentive programs. You will validate and audit LTIP data, support the preparation of executive compensation reporting, and analyze compensation trends to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and deliver Long-Term Incentive program support
• Prepare and validate monthly LTIP administrative files
• Collaborate on quarterly and year-end reporting requirements
• Analyze compensation data for trends and issues
• Enhance Excel and Power BI reporting tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in Compensation or HR Analytics
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Robust communication skills needed
