Assist in digital engagement through strategic content creation, managing Imprint's online presence across multiple platforms and supporting overall marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Assist the Co-Vice-Presidents, Content Marketing, in filming, editing, and creating content for Imprint's social media, including captions, and managing Imprint's presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Experience portfolio to support the marketing timeline and help execute plans for contests and giveaways
- Stay up to date with online trends and generate fresh content ideas
- Design engaging graphics to promote pre-conference events, the conference, and the case competition
- Show proactiveness in completing tasks assigned by the Co-Vice-Presidents
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- Knowledge of social media marketing and marketing trends
- Understanding of the implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and creativity
- Skills in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset
Learning Outcomes
- Practical experience in social media strategy and content creation

- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines

Time Commitment
- 3 to 5 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
