You'll engage with complex care needs, supervise staff, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Build genuine connections with residents
• Assess and deliver care for residents with complex needs
• Administer medications and practicing full-scope therapies




• Document pressure injuries with enhanced digital photography
• Mentor new colleagues and strengthen care culture

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Proof of medication administration education
• Vulnerable Sector Screening completed
• TB 2 Step updated within last year
• Availability for overnight shifts and weekends
