Job Role Physiotherapist

Jannalee Physiotherapy is expanding - and we're hiring a full-time physiotherapist to grow with us.

We do things a little differently here. Our appointments are a full hour - 30 minutes hands-on, 30 minutes movement - so you actually get to know your patients instead of sprinting between rooms. Every patient moves through a structured care system, which means you always know the plan and your patients do too. We recognize that patients are not just injuries. Every person who walks through our doors is a little bit different and might need a different care model than the person before them.

We've outgrown our current space, and we're moving into a new, bigger clinic in the year ahead - more treatment rooms, more program space, and the option of a standard Monday to Friday daytime schedule once we're in.

Current grads are welcome. You'll get real mentorship in an environment that's encouraging, not critical: one-on-one sessions with senior staff to review manual skills and brainstorm on files,



protected charting time while you find your feet, and quarterly check-ins that are about your goals, not a report card. We celebrate our patients' wins and our staff's too.

Outside the clinic we're part of local sport - hockey, minor football, cheer - with paid event coverage if that's your thing, plus the option to run your own specialty classes for extra income.

The numbers: $40.00/hr starting with staged raises to $48.75/hr, $2,000 signing bonus, $1,000 moving allowance, a $15,000 retention plan over five years, up to $2,000/year for continuing education ($1,000 course registration + $1,000 travel and accommodation), three weeks vacation growing to six with service, a paid flex week, and volunteer-earned days off.

You'll need: an MPT or equivalent from an accredited university, SCPT licensure (or eligibility - if you're licensed in another province, $5M professional liability coverage, and a valid criminal record check.
