Solid understanding of console development, performance, certification, compliance, and platform requirements Deep understanding of large-scale production pipelines Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration and publisher/developer relationships across PC and console development

Ability to apply lessons learned to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple platforms Strong credibility with internal teams and external partners Experience with task management software, preferably Jira
