You will drive guideline and protocol development, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation. A focus on identifying quality and safety opportunities for sustainable improvements is crucial for this part time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote excellence in clinical care through evidence-based practices • Lead development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives • Review workflows and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Conduct evaluations to assess the impact of implemented changes • Engage with multidisciplinary teams to sustain quality enhancements
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of quality improvement experience • PROSCI Change Management certification required • Strong communication and leadership skills needed • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality tools essential • Knowledge of safety methodologies and evidence-based practice required
