This full-time position seeks Junior Systems Engineering Analysts for the System-of-Systems (SoS) Engineering team. You will focus on developing system requirements, using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and contextualizing operational use cases. This impactful role includes direct collaboration with the Department of National Defence to define operational needs and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and define operational requirements with customers
• Create use case and sequence diagrams to model scenarios
• Develop system requirements and interface specifications




• Manage requirement traceability to testing artifacts
• Present updates and conduct stakeholder reviews

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with requirements and diagramming
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML models preferred
