Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate and responsive nursing care
• Assess and manage patient wound and continence needs

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Current RN registration and NSWOC certification
• Two years of wound care management experience
• Previous visiting nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
