Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete and review Nursing assessments and documentation
• Participate in process improvements and educational activities
• Assist with patient transfers and provide relief coverage
Requirements:
• Current Registration with Ontario College of Nurses
• Current BCLS Certification
• Health Assessment course completion
• Five years of surgical experience in orthopaedics
• Proven leadership and communication skills
