Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and negotiate complex automobile Accident Benefit claims
• Collaborate on case management plans with various stakeholders
• Manage litigation files and Alternative Dispute Resolution cases




• Provide coaching and technical support to claims team
• Uphold exceptional client service standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years in P&C; liability claims handling or related experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Pursuing or open to CIP or Medical Rehabilitation designation
• Solid problem-solving and priority management skills
• Knowledge of accident benefits insurance coverage is a plus
