DIALOG seeks a dedicated Intermediate Mechanical Technologist for its Mechanical Engineering team. In this role, you'll develop high-quality Revit models and produce accurate mechanical drawings for various projects. You will assist with HVAC calculations, model coordination, and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards during all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Revit models for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Prepare contract documents and specifications
• Assist with HVAC load and duct sizing calculations




• Conduct clash detection using Revit and Navisworks
• Participate in project phases from design to construction

Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Knowledge of mechanical codes and standards
• Experience in AEC drafting for commercial buildings
