Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes leading and coaching the sales team, monitoring performance, and driving store sales while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Store Manager will manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation, as well as implement and enforce retail loss prevention procedures.



Daily responsibilities also include handling escalated customer concerns, managing schedules, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and wireless carrier requirements. The Store Manager collaborates with corporate leadership to execute promotional initiatives, track key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement of store processes.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Proficient Store Management capabilities, including team leadership, performance coaching, and day-to-day retail operations oversight.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, team members, and corporate partners.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and support a secure store environment.
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics.
Ability to interpret sales metrics, manage schedules, and use point-of-sale and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills in a quick-paced environment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
