What You Will Be Responsible For Focused on key inventory metrics (Fill Rate / Turns / Stock Leveling / etc.)
Manage stock out/inventory email requests from each location and action as required in alignment with our strategic goals
Provide leadership, and guidance
Backing up their team’s daily duties as required
Drive consistency among coordinator teams as it relates to process and procedure
Identify opportunities for departmental improvements and work with key stakeholders to implement change.
Signing and approving PO’s / Freight invoices and working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely closure and delivery to Accounts Payable
Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
Provide high quality support to internal and external customers
Other duties as assigned
What We Look For A solid leader with strong work ethic and be willing to put in extra time as required to get the job done
3-5 years of relevant parts experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
Analytical / critical thinker who can problem solve and think outside the box
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to adapt to changes within a growing company
Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or previous parts knowledge considered an asset
