Join a fast-growing consulting firm where your assessments help shape smart, sustainable investments. “We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Condition Assessor / Building Condition Assessor. In this role, you will support assessment projects by coordinating various aspects of the process, ensuring efficient execution, and contributing to the team's overall success. This role offers opportunities to grow into senior assessor or project management roles as part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:



Write and prepare Facility/Building Condition Assessment reports
Conduct research and gather relevant data (property records, blueprints, etc.)
Compile and organize assessment reports accurately and consistently
Work closely with coordinators and assessors for effective project delivery
Provide administrative support such as document management and client communication
Assist with proposals, presentations, and client materials as required
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Architecture & P.Eng designation
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Condition Assessment
Experience using VFA software or other asset management tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
