Conduct system, structure, component, and product integration Manage structure and system requirements, specifications, and flow down Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing

Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations Drive CTQ/risk trades within component design teams

Manage product configuration and configuration control systems Lead disciplines as a second-line manager with front-line manager and controlled-title-holder direct reports Attract and retain talent Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services

Lead creative solutions for complex design process and integration problems Develop ways to accelerate design to end customers using sophisticated engineering techniques Lead functional teams or projects with resource constraints, risk, and/or complexity

Present business or technical solutions to leaders Communicate complex messages and negotiate with peers, external partners, vendors, or customers Own or influence budgets and operating plans Work with cross-functional teams and influence policy within the area of responsibility

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline from an accredited university or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams as a functional manager or project manager in a technically challenging setting Experience with nuclear engineering or related discipline,



especially in civil or electrical engineering

Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

For Canadian-based positions, legal authorization to work in Canada For U.S.-based positions, legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable

Successful completion of a background investigation and, where applicable, drug screen Core Competencies
