Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries requiring extra measures to fulfill customer needs
• Coordinate offers to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain orders
• Follow up on quotations and analyze reasons for non-orders




• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and sales potential
• Promote digital solution products and maintain customer licenses

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or related fields
• Solid administrative skills in heavy equipment or construction
• Proficiency in MS Office and invoicing software
• Detail-oriented with analytical and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
