We have a strong flow of buyer and seller leads and are looking for a motivated Realtor to help serve those clients and convert opportunities into successful transactions. We specialize in helping seniors and downsizers, first-time buyers, growing families and real estate investors.
The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative who is ambitious, self-motivated and ready to build a consistent real estate business. Experienced agents and newly licensed Realtors are welcome to apply.
This is a commission-based opportunity with earning potential of $100,000+ annually , based on individual performance, lead conversion and completed transactions.
What We’re Looking For Must hold an active Ontario real estate registration

Willing to learn, accept coaching and follow proven systems

Available to work from our Hamilton office and attend required in-person meetings, training and coaching
