Take your financial expertise to the next level with Sofina Foods as a Controller II in Port Coquitlam, BC. Drive continuous improvement in financial analysis for the Chicken and Turkey division.

In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Controller III and focus on financial and costing data for our Port Coquitlam and Abbotsford plants. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in enhancing operational reporting and supporting our Plant Managers. Collaborate with operational leadership to identify key insights during Continuous Improvement meetings and take part in cost reduction initiatives on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial results and provide insightful commentary




• Support month-end financial statement close processes
• Enhance plant reporting for better decision-making
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead ad hoc analyses for various departments

Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Over 5 years' experience in manufacturing finance
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Team leadership and conflict resolution experience
