Join Our Growing Psychology Team
Toriven Health is growing, and we are seeking Psychologists to join our expanding psychology team across Ontario.
We are particularly interested in psychologists with experience in developmental psychology, psychological assessment, and therapy . Lifespan scope is preferred; however, we welcome applications from psychologists across all scopes of practice.
This is a flexible opportunity for psychologists interested in providing assessment, therapy, supervision, or a combination of all three . Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities are available.
The Opportunity
Depending on your scope, competence, and clinical interests, your practice with Toriven may include:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments
ADHD assessments
Psychoeducational assessments
Developmental and diagnostic clarification assessments
Mental health and personality assessments
Individual psychological therapy
Child, adolescent, and/or adult therapy
Parent and family-focused interventions
Clinical consultation and collaboration
Clinical supervision of learners
Psychologists are not expected to provide all services . Your work can be structured around your authorized areas of practice, competence, interests, and availability.
Qualifications
We are looking for psychologists who:
Are registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
Hold appropriate professional liability insurance
Have experience providing psychological assessment and/or therapy
Have strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Practice ethically and within their authorized areas of competence
Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a growing clinical team
Experience with developmental psychology, neurodevelopmental conditions, children and adolescents, and psychological assessment is an asset.
Lifespan scope is preferred but not required.
Toriven offers a adaptable practice model:
Fee-for-service or fee-split arrangements
Assessment-only, therapy-only, or combined practice
Flexible caseload and scheduling
Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities
Virtual services where clinically appropriate
In-person services where clinically required or preferred
Administrative and practice infrastructure to support service delivery
Minimum Availability:
Psychologists must be able to commit to at least one continuous 2-hour block on the same day each week . Additional availability is welcomed and can be structured based on the psychologist's schedule and Toriven's clinical needs.
