Fleetway is looking for a skilled Master Scheduler to join their Project Management Office. This position is available in any location across Canada. You will interface closely with Project Managers and Program Managers to ensure scheduling accuracy, promote best practices, and enhance project visibility through effective scheduling performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Fleetway's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Partner with managers to align schedules with delivery priorities
• Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning




• Generate actionable schedule reports and insights
• Monitor schedule quality and data integrity for forecasting

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in project planning or scheduling
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in complex project environments
• PMP designation and/or eligibility for Government clearance
