Support CRD's Infrastructure and Water Services as a Project Coordinator focused on dam safety projects. Collaborate with teams to streamline project management processes and improve oversight and documentation.

In this full time role, you will work within CRD's Infrastructure Planning and Engineering division. Your expertise in project management and familiarity with PMBOK will be essential as you develop, maintain, and improve project plans. You will handle risk assessments, budget monitoring, and project reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project plans with defined scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain a comprehensive Dam Safety Risk Register




• Monitor project budgets and work breakdown structures
• Collaborate on project reporting and cash flow forecasts
• Develop templates and documentation for project delivery

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• PMP certification or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
