Lead underground utility projects with Blackline Civil Inc. as an Underground Foreman. In this full-time role, you'll manage field crews and ensure safe, efficient installation of services in Alberta.

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll oversee daily crew operations, coordinate equipment and materials, and drive productivity in underground construction. Ideal candidates possess 5–10 years of experience, a strong knowledge of water, sanitary, and storm installation, and a proven record as a Foreman. Your leadership will enforce safety standards and ensure work is executed to specifications while collaborating with Superintendents and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise underground utility crews during operations
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials effectively




• Install water, sanitary, and storm systems accurately
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Monitor crew efficiency and document site progress

Requirements:
• 5–10+ years in underground civil construction
• Proven Foreman or Lead Hand experience
• Robust understanding of trenching and installation practices
• Ability to read engineered drawings
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 required)
