Support managers with workforce planning, communication, employee relations, workplace climate, and team development.

Maintain a regular presence within operations to understand site realities, travel requirements, accommodations, and mobile workforce needs.

Update, communicate, and promote internal policies, including confidentiality, drugs and alcohol, harassment prevention, travel, accessibility, and employment conditions.

Ensure HR compliance with applicable legislation and regulations in both Quebec and Ontario.

Contribute to compensation, pay equity, performance evaluations, benefits administration, group insurance, and retirement savings programs.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction, retention, and onboarding strategies.

Collaborate with operations and health and safety teams to strengthen a healthy, safe, and responsible workplace culture.

Develop initiatives related to employee well-being, mental health, and employee support programs.

Robust experience in Human Resources, preferably within industrial, mining, construction, manufacturing, or multi-site environments.

Solid understanding of operational realities, including remote sites, variable schedules, travel requirements, accommodations, supervision, and operational teams.

Ability to build practical, efficient HR processes suited to a growing organization.

Human-centred, credible, and solution-oriented approach.

Strong knowledge of employment standards and HR practices in Quebec and/or Ontario.

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, compensation, labour relations, or organizational development.

Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership while remaining accessible to frontline teams.

Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

Thank you for showing interest in the post. Only candidates with the required profile will be contacted. However, all records will be retained for future reference.

A leadership role with meaningful impact.

Close collaboration with executive leadership and operations.

Exciting challenges across Quebec and Ontario.

Comprehensive group insurance with employer contributions.
