Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and update residents’ care assessments and documentation
• Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences




• Administer medications per regulatory standards and Extendicare policies
• Coordinate care assignments for nursing teams
• Respond to health emergencies and supervise care on duty

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license in applicable province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and delegation abilities
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening (VPS)
