Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for projects
• Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents thoroughly




• Complete quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing and bids
• Identify risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:
• 3+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
• Proficient in Excel and construction estimating software
