The Senior WMS Analyst is responsible for the technical design (specifications and plans) of projects while working with the client. Review with the client the best practice on the market and see how they can be applied in their business. During implementation process will be involved and will guide the team and validate the specification and configuration of the system. Prepare functional document for any gaps or client’s specific request.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Architecture/system analysis
Meets with the clients to review actual processes and define current processes according to best practice.
Developpossible solutions.Risk assessment and define gaps between theWMSsystem and client requirement.
Demonstrate whatour WMSas to offer while doing the analysis.
Meet with different employees to review process.
Identify right away any major gap and review with sales.
Validate architecture versus the contract. (Hours & Dollars)
When architectureis reviewedand approved, meet with the client to present the architecture.
Architecture approval.
Work with chief programmer on defining requirement for development to do.
Keep the architecture up to date as the projectevolvesin our system in place.
Review any new request by the client.
Functional review and process flow
Develop the engineering of the systems.
Formulate the gaps and document the solution/process flow.
Build the conceptual model of the system.
Build the functional model of the system.
Evaluate the required technical specifications.
Document solution of the gaps and creating the functional documents.
Implementation
Configure the clients according to the approved architecture.
Oversee any data conversion.
Preparing the system for the go live
Support during go live and post go live.
Training
Train the system administrator.
Prepare the training scenario for the users.
Train the super users.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY AND MULTINATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related technologies to provide technical guidance to project teams.
Capability to manage projects across diverse regions, including Canada, the United States, Latin America, and EMEA.
SALES PRESENTATION AND ADAPTABILITY
Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and product demos to potential clients. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Experience in successfully closing projects and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
COLLABORATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Strong collaborative skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Care and Sales departments.
