As a

Shift Manager at this Tim Hortons location, your day will revolve around leading your team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest who walks through the door. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential to carrying out these duties effectively. Supervise team members during your shift to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Monitor food preparation and quality to uphold Tim Hortons' standards for freshness and consistency Train and guide current and existing staff on procedures, policies, and customer service expectations Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Oversee opening and/or closing procedures depending on your assigned shift Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Support inventory management and ensure supplies are adequately stocked during your shift

Requirements / Skills The ideal candidate for this
