The role oversees clinical services delivery and site operations in the absence of health services leadership, with evenings and weekends shifts and in-person work at the Selkirk site. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure secure, high-quality patient care and efficient service
