Their current project is a 3.5-storey residential development in Belleville, the company offers a stable environment, strong leadership support, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Your Recent Role

As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall on-site coordination, supervision, and execution of a 3.5-storey residential apartment development in Belleville from construction through to completion. This is a replacement hire for a project that is scheduled to commence within the next two weeks and is expected to run for approximately 12 months.

The project will utilize pre-fabricated panel construction, and you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspections while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

You will oversee site logistics, trade coordination, construction sequencing, quality control, safety compliance, schedule management, and project documentation. Working closely with the Project Manager and ownership group, you will proactively identify and resolve site issues, drive project milestones, coordinate inspections, and support occupancy and project closeout activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed The ideal candidate will possess approximately 5 years of Site Superintendent experience,



with a strong background delivering mid-rise residential construction projects. Experience managing multi-unit residential developments from excavation through occupancy is highly desirable.

You will bring strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, safety regulations, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination. Experience working with prefabricated or panelized construction systems would be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple trades and site activities in a fast-paced construction environment.
