As a Continuous Improvement Specialist reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will champion operational enhancements at Metrie. This key role entails collaborating with Leadership and Operations to execute Lean projects aimed at reducing expenses and optimizing processes. You will leverage your experience in manufacturing, a passion for customer service, and a desire for managerial growth to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and cost
• Analyze plant KPIs to identify process inefficiencies
• Develop and implement Lean strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage CI plans and budgets to boost operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 5-7 years leading business transformation
• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
• Strong skills in data analysis and project management
