Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care with hospital and physician offices
• Evaluate patient needs and triage care effectively




• Provide education to patients and families
• Maintain a safe environment for all patients

Requirements:
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• CPR/AED/BLS certification within 14 days
• Licensed Registered Nurse in multi-state practice
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
