Become a pivotal Policy Analyst at the BCCNM in Vancouver, B.C. This hybrid position emphasizes policy research and analysis with a commitment to Indigenous anti-racism.

The British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives is seeking a temporary, full time Policy Analyst to support nursing and midwifery regulation. You will conduct evidence synthesis, analysis, and develop reports that inform organizational decisions. This role requires a minimum of 2 office days weekly and promotes collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop research strategies and gather evidence for policy initiatives
• Synthesize information from various sources for reporting
• Coordinate survey processes, managing data effectively




• Lead assigned projects ensuring timely outcomes
• Create documents consistent with BCCNM's standards

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory practices
