This full-time role reports to the head of the Land Department. You will establish key relationships with partners and internal teams, support mineral tenure processes, and analyze land and contract records. Responsibilities include overseeing lease administrative tasks, conducting title reviews, and enhancing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with partners and internal departments
• Administer Saskatchewan Crown and Freehold mineral tenure
• Collaborate on third-party commitments and obligations




• Conduct mineral & contract title reviews for drilling sites
• Support land due diligence and A&D; integration

Requirements:
• Land Administration Diploma or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in mineral land administration and contracts
• Proficiency with CS Explorer and related programs
• Robust understanding of Saskatchewan mineral leases
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
