As part of the BCGE Union, you will engage in troubleshooting and resolving both routine and complex technical problems. It involves installing and configuring hardware and software, and offering guidance to customers on various systems and applications. You'll work autonomously when needed, utilizing available resources for effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and complete service requests from clients
• Address technical issues that require on-site attendance
• Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals
• Provide customer instruction on systems and protocols
• Communicate potential problems to management

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in desktop/software and hardware support
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Capability to lift equipment up to 20 kg
• Fully vaccinated as per Health Authority Policy
