Social Media Content Creator & Brand Ambassador

Istanbul Döner

We’re looking for someone creative, outgoing, and trend-aware to help grow Istanbul Döner on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You’ll work closely with the owner, who has photography and videography experience, to brainstorm ideas, follow trends, create short-form videos, and help represent the restaurant both online and in person.

What You’ll Do

- Find trending formats, hooks, sounds, and content ideas
- Turn our existing photos and videos into Reels and TikToks
- Come up with new video ideas and record simple content yourself when needed
- Be comfortable appearing on camera as a recurring face of Istanbul Döner
- Do basic video editing including cuts, captions, music, and text
- Help organize ideas into content we can make now, content we need to film, and ideas for later
- Post consistently, with a goal of around 1 to 2 posts per week
- Occasionally hand out coupons or represent Istanbul Döner at promotions or events

Some videos may take only a few minutes using existing content and a trending format. Others may require new footage or more involved editing.





What We’re Looking For

- Creative and comfortable on camera
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, trends, and hooks
- Able to work independently and come up with ideas
- Basic video editing skills
- Reliable and comfortable interacting with the public
- Farsi or Turkish is an asset
- Previous social media or content creation experience is an asset, but not required

We care more about creativity, understanding social media, speed, and good judgment than formal qualifications.

This is a flexible freelance/contract role with a budget of up to $200 per month.

Pay: Up to $200.00 per month
