Red Earth Spa is seeking a hands-on Spa Manager to lead our team of Receptionists, Massage Therapists and Estheticians, overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, onboard and train new staff, and ensure smooth front-desk and guest journey management.

You will partner with the Director of Spas to maintain high service standards, manage schedules, payroll and budgets, and keep the workplace qualified and positive for both guests and staff.
