Living Waters Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for a split position Financial Assistant at Ecole St. Anne and Secretary at Across the Waters Outreach Catholic Schools in Whitecourt This is a 1.0 FTE position to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. The position is .50 FTE Financial Assistant and .50 FTE Secretary.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

Financial training and experience (Sage, Rycor, Atrieve) Experience with PowerSchool, PASI Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs Ability to meet deadlines Comfort in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and establish priorities Enjoy working with children and the public Conduct themselves in a skilled and caring manner Experience working with the public and in an educational setting would be an asset.
