Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in East Gwillimbury, ON, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes managing staff scheduling, supervising front-of-house and kitchen teams, and ensuring consistent food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.

Manager monitors inventory levels, places orders, and manages cash handling and basic financial reporting to support sales and profitability goals. A key part of the role is leading by example in delivering excellent guest service, resolving issues, and promoting a safe,
welcoming environment.
The Store
Manager also supports hiring, training, performance feedback, and ongoing development of team members to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused store.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with team members, guests, and management.
- Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing operations, and achieving sales and performance targets in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring cash handling, inventory controls, and compliance with company policies.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team motivation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset; familiarity with food safety and health regulations is beneficial.
