Company Operating Name: Artisan Makeovers LtdWork Location: Various locationsBusiness Address: 14011-72 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 2P7Job Title: Drywall Installer and FinisherNumber of Positions: 1Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-timeWage: $39.00 per hour+ 4% vacation payHours of Work: 30 hours per weekStart Date: As soon as possibleLanguage of Work: EnglishJob DutiesMeasure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings.Position and secure drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs and joists using appropriate fasteners.Measure and mark cutting lines and make openings for electrical outlets, windows, doors, plumbing and other fixtures.Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using appropriate hand tools.Apply drywall tape over joints and embed the tape in joint compound.Apply additional coats of joint compound, smooth the surface and sand seams and joints to achieve a finished surface.Repair damaged drywall, ceilings and wall surfaces as required.Install suspended ceiling systems, including metal ceiling grids and panels, as required.Read and interpret drawings,
