In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a energetic and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.What You’ll DoGreet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via emailPerform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye careCoordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and paymentsManage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewearDeliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experienceSupport clinic operations by performing additional duties as requiredWhat You BringPrevious retail experience is considered an assetAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiencesA collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset,
