As part of the leadership team, your role will involve analyzing delicate matters while connecting stakeholders to foster collaboration on sensitive issues affecting Albertans. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice on emerging risks and trends
- Coordinate projects and initiatives across the Commission
- Build alignment among leadership and stakeholders
- Support executive priorities with timely advice
- Supervise work within the Office of the Chief Requirements:
- University degree and 4 years related experience
- Expertise in strategic advising and issues management
- Knowledge of governance and decision-making structures
- Experience in public-sector or legal environments
- Proficiency in managing sensitive stakeholder relationships Make impactful contributions to human rights advocacy in Alberta and demonstrate your leadership expertise.
