RED Mountain Resort is seeking a Human Resources & Safety Director to provide strategic leadership across HR and employee safety functions. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, labour relations, policy development, and workforce planning in alignment with the Collective Agreement and organizational goals.
The role includes managing WorkSafeBC compliance, incident investigation, risk mitigation, and developing a safety culture with managers and staff.
