JobsMedia.io is seeking a senior leader to drive the Commercial Insurance division in Montreal. You will oversee a team of 30–40 Account Directors, with two managers reporting directly to you, as the firm strengthens its leadership.
Responsibilities include shaping the business development strategy, implementing creative insurance programs to sharpen market position, upholding compliance as a core pillar, and coaching mid‑market and large accounts teams.
