What You'll Do - Lead and execute complex structural engineering assignments with a high degree of autonomy.

- Modify established guidelines and develop recent approaches to meet evolving project requirements.
- Solve unique design and field engineering challenges using creative thinking.
- Recommend improvements to design standards that enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage mid-sized to large projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues,



consultants, contractors, and external agencies regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and recommendations related to design changes and project payments.
- Mentor and guide junior and intermediate team members through technical investigations and project execution.

What You

Bring to the Table - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, design standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to lead projects and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency with engineering software and tools used in structural design.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
