As the Functional Lead for Payroll and Absence/Time Tracking, you will guide critical processes within the BC Health Workday Program. Collaborate with multiple health organizations to implement a new Human Capital Management System that enhances operational efficiency. This full time, temporary role is pivotal in achieving standardized HR practices across BC’s health system.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead design and implementation of Workday Payroll and Absence functionalities • Analyze and standardize payroll and absence processes across organizations • Document and validate business requirements for payroll and time tracking • Facilitate functional design discussions and manage governance • Collaborate on testing strategies and execution for successful implementation

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field • 5-7 years’ relevant HR experience in complex health settings • Advanced knowledge of HR business practices and workflow analysis • Proven ability to lead teams and analyze projects effectively • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
