Trail Appliances, a leading independent appliance retailer in Western Canada, is seeking Call Centre Agents to join their driven team. This role requires handling customer repair inquiries via phone and email, coordinating appointments, and following service requests to completion. You will engage with customers and internal departments to deliver outstanding service while tracking every request accurately.

Key Responsibilities:



• Respond to incoming service requests for repairs • Book service appointments with technicians or partners • Document and track requests until resolution • Identify warranty and non-warranty calls effectively • Collaborate on exchanges and customer escalations

Requirements: • 1 to 2 years call centre experience • Solid communication and customer service skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications • Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
