Roots Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to bridge leadership and sales, coordinate store operations, and motivate the team to exceed goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead provides coverage in their absence and models outstanding selling and customer service.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years in retail apparel, proven ability to lead a sales team, experience with POS and daily banking, and solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
