Duties

- Support daily store or operational functions, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining clean workspaces
- Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale or service counters
- Provide product or service information to customers, answering questions clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer experiences
- Follow safety protocols and company policies diligently to maintain a protected environment for all




- Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock levels as needed

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy periods
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
