L’équipe du CFL(CENTRE DE FABRICATION DE LONGUEUIL) est à la recherche d’une personne dynamique, créative et organisée qui souhaite contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires en lien avec la fabrication des moteurs P&WC; dans un environnement hautement technologique. Avez-vous envie de relever le défi?

Vous allez être appelé à supporter l’équipe logistique dans le suivi et la priorisation des multiples pièces et projets en cours au cœur de la ligne de fabrication afin d’aider et supporter l’usine. Vous allez contribuer à améliorer les outils de suivi de production à l’aide de différentes outils informatique (SAP, EXCEL, POWER BI). Votre rôle vous amènera utiliser vos qualités de communications pour faciliter l’avancement de vos différents projets à travers les multiples acteurs de l’entreprise. Lors de vos mandats quotidiens vous aurez notamment à:

- Assurer un suivi des bons de travail dans l’usine.

- Fournir un suivi à l’ingénierie et la direction sur l’avancement des pièces critiques.

- Effectuer un suivi des pièces de la mise en production et de l’avancement des pièces prioritaires. Achemine les pièces vers le bon client (centre moteur, après-marché, expérimental, NGPF)

- Analyse des priorités pour fin d’ordonnancement

- Planifier l’ordonnancement de la production en évaluation avec la capacité des machines

- Suivi et priorisation des notifications qualité

- Interagir avec plusieurs départements multidisciplinaires afin d’assurer le bon déroulement de fabrication des pièces.

- Initier et soutient des projets d’amélioration continue

Qu’est-cequ’ilvous faut pourréussir?

- Être éligible à travailler au Canada.

- Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage.

- Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.

- Baccalauréat en Logistique, Administration,



Génie Mécanique et tous autres champs d’études connexes.

- Connaissance du milieu manufacturier.

- Bonne capacité de communication.

- Excellent sens de l’organisation.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre des instructions spécialisées, des plans, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et parfois communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

The CFL (Longueuil Manufacturing Centre) team is looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized individual who wants to contribute to business objectives related to the manufacturing of P&WC; engines in a highly technological environment. Are you ready to take on the challenge?





What will your day-to-day look like?

You will be called upon to support the logistics team in monitoring and prioritizing multiple parts and ongoing projects at the heart of the manufacturing line. You will contribute to improving production tracking tools using various IT tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

Your role will allow you to use your communication skills to facilitate the progress of various projects with multiple stakeholders across the company. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will be expected to:

- Ensure follow-up on work orders in the plant.
- Provide updates to engineering and management on the progress of critical parts.
- Track parts from production launch through the progress of priority parts.
- Route parts to the appropriate client, such as the engine centre, aftermarket, experimental, or NGPF.
- Analyze priorities for scheduling purposes.
- Plan production scheduling while evaluating machine capacity.
- Follow up on and prioritize quality notifications.
- Interact with several multidisciplinary departments to ensure the smooth manufacturing of parts.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement projects.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related field of study.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

This position is in a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires functional knowledge of English in order to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and occasionally communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
